Mary’s team was nice and responsive until we gave them the listing. Once we did Mary would quickly shun us off to the junior associates to do her work for her when we thought we were receiving her for the listing. In addition we had several talks prior to listing our home and the right price and they assured us the higher price (the one we told them we need to get ) was the correct list price. Fast forward Mary and her team were offended that we would not take an offer significantly lower than list when they knew from the start we could not go less than a few k under list. Come to find out it was another agent of Mary’s who had this offer. Mary solely cares about her own reputation. Diane who works for her has absolutely no people skills and talks down to people. She In addition, the team does not read outlined contracts n provisions for showings.
