From day one we knew we were confident in having chosen Mary Weichert to list and sell our home. Mary is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, honest, and is highly respected within the community both professionally and personally. We knew she had our best interest in mind with every recommendation and negotiation. One of the first things Mary did was to go through our home inside and out and consult with the person she works with to stage homes for sale. They presented us with their suggestions to prepare our home to present well to the anticipated demographics of our eventual buyer, and them helped us in getting this work done. Every comment from those who viewed our home was that it presented beautifully! Mary made sure our home had the greatest exposure possible though it’s presentation online, by always being available either herself or by enlisting a capable coworker for private showings, and by holding as many “Open House” events as we requested.
Unfortunately, real estate sales took a down turn during this process, and we did have to lower our asking price. Although this is always a difficult decision, Mary’s explanation of the present day situation and data to back this up made us confident it was the correct decision. Before our home sold, we had moved out of state as we had originally planned. Mary stayed in constant contact, and when we did receive an offer for the full list price, she helped manage getting everything done in order to facilitate meeting the requests of the buyers and to proceed with a timely and uneventful closing.
